Privacy policy

• Account details: your email address and the sign-in credentials handled by our authentication provider. We never see your password.
• Order details: business name, business location, Google listing URL, contact email, the package you chose, order status, payment status, a payment reference when a payment is recorded, and notes our team adds while working on your order.
• Terms acknowledgement: the version of the terms you accepted and the time you accepted them.
• Review data: the text, star rating, date, source review ID and source URL of the public Google reviews collected for your order. Review text is written by members of the public and can contain personal information about reviewers and about staff. We do not claim this data is free of personal information.
• Competitor data: the competitor name, location and listing URL you give us, plus review data collected for that competitor, stored separately from your own review data.
• Report data: the generated report versions, the statistics we calculate, approval records, sharing settings and share links.
• Reviewer and audit records: which signed-in team member generated, edited, approved or personally attested a report version, and when.
• Support messages: emails you send us and our replies.
• Technical records: standard server and platform logs produced by our hosting provider when your browser makes a request, which typically include IP address, timestamp, requested page and browser user agent.

We do not currently accept file uploads. Review data is entered as text or pasted spreadsheet rows by our team and stored as structured rows. Please do not send us sensitive personal information, passwords or card numbers. We do not need them.

• To fulfil your order: collecting reviews, analysing them, producing and delivering your report.
• To run the AI-assisted analysis step and the human review step before delivery.
• To sign you in and keep your orders and reports private to your account.
• To answer support requests and handle refunds.
• To keep the service secure and to investigate abuse.
• To take and reconcile payments once a payment provider is connected.
• To meet legal, tax and record keeping obligations.

Authorised people working for JFK Services LLC can see order and review data in order to do the work. We also rely on service providers who process the data we need them to process:

• Lovable, which provides application hosting, the database, file and authentication infrastructure behind this service.
• The Lovable AI Gateway, which passes review text to a third-party large language model so patterns can be drafted. We send review text, ratings and dates. We do not send your account password or payment details.
• A payment provider, once online payment is connected. No payment provider is connected today, so no card data passes through this service at all.
• Email, which we use to contact you about your order.

If you later connect an optional partner tool such as Muse, that tool would receive only the order and report information needed for the connection to work. No such integration is active today.

We cannot verify, and so do not promise, that every downstream provider excludes your data from model training, stores it in a particular country, or deletes it immediately. We also make no promise about selling or not selling data beyond this: we do not sell your order or report data.

Your report is private to your account by default. You can enable a share link for an approved report. Anyone who has that link can open the report without signing in, so treat it like a password. You can revoke the link at any time and it stops working, but revoking cannot delete copies that someone already saved, printed or forwarded. Editing or regenerating a report also revokes sharing until it is approved again.

Signing in stores a session token in your browser storage so you stay signed in. The interface may store a small preference cookie for layout state. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site. Our hosting provider records standard server logs as described above.

We keep account, order, review and report data while your account is active and for as long as we need it to deliver and support your report, resolve disputes, and meet tax and legal record keeping duties. Audit records exist so we can show who did what to a report, so they are kept with the report. There is no automated deletion schedule, and we will not claim one that does not exist.

Email jimkukral@gmail.com to ask for access to your information, a correction, or deletion. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the account holder before acting. We may keep information we are required to keep for legal or business records, and copies can persist in our providers' routine backups until those backups age out on their own cycles. Requests are handled by a person, so please allow reasonable time.

We use access controls so that customers see only their own orders and reports, and review and admin operations are restricted to authorised accounts. These are reasonable safeguards, not a guarantee. No online service can promise perfect security.

This is a business service for adults. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy. Changes apply going forward from the date we publish them, and we will give notice where a change is material and we have a sensible way to reach you.
