Terms of service

The Review Report analyses recent public Google reviews for one business listing and delivers a written report. You choose how many of the most recent reviews we analyse:

• Up to 75 reviews, $19 USD, one time per report.
• Up to 150 reviews, $29 USD, one time per report.
• Up to 300 reviews, $49 USD, one time per report.

Each package covers your own reviews only. The reviews we analyse are the most recent ones available, so the period they cover can stretch across more than one year. Every report states the actual number of reviews analysed and the actual dates they cover. Findings describe the reviewers in that sample, not every customer you have served.

Payment is a one-time charge per report. After payment is verified, a person collects the reviews by hand. AI then helps draft the analysis, and the designated human reviewer checks the findings and the final recommendations before your report is delivered. Reports are not instant.

Delivered within 24 hours of successful payment and receipt of your required business details. That is 24 elapsed hours, including evenings and weekends, not business hours. Your business name, location and Google listing URL are required before checkout, so in normal cases the clock starts when your payment succeeds.

If your order includes the launch bonus comparison and you name the competitor at purchase, the comparison is delivered within the same 24 hours. If you give us competitor details later, that comparison starts its own 24 hour clock from the moment we have those details. It never delays your own report. We do not pause or reset a deadline once it has started.

Every report is still approved by the designated human reviewer before delivery. If a delivery is late, contact support and we will resolve the delivery or handle a refund request under our refund policy. There is no automatic refund.

You confirm that the listing you give us is the business you are entitled to order a report about, and that any content you send us is yours to send. You can ask us to analyse the public reviews of a competitor for comparison. That does not give you any ownership of the competitor's business, listing or reviews.

Reviews are written by members of the public. We do not verify that any review is true, fair or written by a real customer. Quotes in your report are copied exactly from the reviews we analysed. Everything else in the report is our reading of that data, clearly presented as interpretation rather than fact, and counts and averages are calculated from the reviews actually analysed.

We do not promise more sales, better rankings, or any other business result.

Your report is yours to use for any lawful purpose in your business, including internally and publicly. When you republish parts of it, keep the source attribution intact and respect the rights of the reviewers and the platforms the reviews came from.

Ordering a report does not give you ownership of the reviews themselves, an exclusive right to the analysis method, or permission to present a competitor or a competitor's reviewers as endorsing your business.

Online checkout is not switched on yet. Saving an order on this site creates an unpaid draft. A draft is not a purchase and does not start collection.

Do not use the service for fraud, do not try to break into or overload it, and do not try to access other customers' orders or reports. If you do, we may suspend or cancel access, in a way proportionate to what happened. Nothing here removes consumer rights that the law gives you and does not allow us to take away.
